Welcome back to school!

We’ve been hard at work to improve the Lab-Aids Science Portal for students and teachers. Below is a list of improvements that we’d like you to share with your district:

New and improved interface for students and teachers

Returning students and teachers may notice that our Science Portal received a face lift this summer. After taking into account customer feedback and product expert recommendations, we’ve given the interface for students and teachers an overhaul. Students and teachers should have an easier time navigating the Portal, whether to access online curriculum or to manage assessments.

Delayed Test Results

We were able to deliver on a highly requested feature that allows teachers the option to choose when students receive their scores on an assessment. Now teachers can ensure that every student completes the assessment before any scores are released.

Updated Knowledge Base

Our customer knowledge base (aka Portal FAQs) is now a dedicated, searchable site that is linked from within the Science Portal. Click the "Help & Support" link in the footer to get expert guidance on a wide range of topics. Explore our knowledge base clicking this card.

iOS App Retirement

The iOS app was retired in July 2026 due to changing market needs. Any users that have already downloaded the Lab-Aids Science Portal app may still use it, but keep in mind that the app is no longer maintained and does not provide the same experience and reliability as accessing the Portal via a browser.

We recommend that customers use an up-to-date browser for the most optimal experience; more details on compatibility can be found by clicking this card.
