Shipping and Handling
- Standard Delivery, Contiguous US Shipments: 12% with a minimum of $10.00
- All others destinations: Please call for quote
- Standard delivery is UPS Ground/Freight or equivalent. Overnight, second-day, and other shipping methods are available at an additional cost. Please ask your customer service representative for details.
- Orders will typically ship within 10 business days of receipt of order unless otherwise notified.
- Once You Receive Your Order: Inspect your shipment Open and inspect your order immediately upon arrival and notify Customer Service of any problems. Report claims for damage within seven (7) day period after delivery to allow us to remedy problems with shipping companies. All carriers reserve the right to inspect damaged shipments. We suggest that visibly damaged shipments be refused at the time of delivery.
Return Policy
Lab-Aids® is committed to promptly resolving questions or problems regarding your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please email Lab-Aids® at customerservice@lab-aids.com to request a replacement or for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Our return guidelines are:
An RA Number must be obtained from Lab-Aids® prior to returning any product. RA numbers must be referenced on all packages returned.
Materials must be received back in our warehouse within 120 days of original invoice date and 30 days from the date on the Return Authorization. Materials returned within 60 days from the invoice date will be issued a credit memo and if previously paid will be eligible for a refund. Materials returned within 120 days are eligible for a credit memo (less a 20% restocking fee) on account that can be used to offset open invoices on account or to order other materials. Any credit on account must be used within 12 months of issuance otherwise it will be forfeited.
Return of products that were not supplied in accordance with your order or were defective at the time of delivery will be returned at LAB-AIDS® expense. All other returns are subject to shipping charges.
Digital products follow the same return policy as physical products. However, refunds or credits are prorated, rounded up to the nearest month
Items Ineligible for Return/Refund/Credit:
- STAMPED OR MARKED BOOKS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT. Unmarked books in salable condition are eligible for full credit. Be sure to review your order before applying school stamps to the materials.
- Materials must be returned to Lab-Aids in new, unused condition, suitable for resale.
- All materials sold in a set, package, or kit must be returned complete as originally sold.

Terms of Purchase Applicable to Digital Products

The following terms are applicable to the purchase of Digital Products from Lab-Aids, Inc. (“Lab-Aids”). In the event of a discrepancy between any other terms and the Terms of Purchase Applicable to Digital Products (“Terms”), the Terms shall apply.
DEFINITIONS
a. “Customer” means the legal entity identified on the purchasing or registration materials. For purposes of this Agreement, Customer includes affiliates specifically listed in a purchase order or in other purchasing or registration materials. Such affiliates agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Customer is responsible for compliance with the terms of this Agreement by all affiliates, subsidiaries and subdivisions purchasing Products hereunder.
b. “User Data” means the data and information belonging to a Customer and provided to Lab-Aids, either directly or by granting Lab-Aids access to Customer’s files/systems, for the purpose of using a Lab-Aids Product.
c. "Digital Product(s)" means non-tangible, digital versions of Products, whether licensed on a fixed, perpetual or subscription term, or created from physical versions by the Customer.
d. “Order Document(s)” means the Lab-Aids quotes, Lab-Aids order form, or sales order.
e. “Subscription Term” means the term of the Customer’s subscription to a Digital Product.
f. “Terms” means the Terms of Purchase Applicable to Digital Products.
SUBSCRIPTION TERM
Any subscription to Digital Products is for the price and duration or term listed in the applicable Order Document(s). If Customer wishes to extend any Subscription Term, a purchase order, change order, or amendment is to be negotiated at an additional cost. If no start date for the Subscription Term to the Digital Products is specified in the applicable Order Document(s), the Subscription Term shall be deemed to start on the date on which the Customer is granted access to the Digital Product as delivered by Lab-Aids and shall continue until the end of the Subscription Term. Upon expiration or termination of the Subscription Term, Customer will no longer have permitted access to the purchased Digital Products. If Lab-Aids must discontinue access to a Digital Product prior to expiration of the Subscription Term, Lab-Aids shall provide a pro-rated credit to Customer applicable toward the purchase of other Lab-Aids Digital Products. Such pro-rated credit shall reflect the portion of the Subscription Term that remains unused as of the date of discontinuation of the Digital Product.
ALLOCATION OF LICENSES
Lab-Aids will provide Customer with the number of credentials with respect to Digital Products equal to the number of students and staff/teachers licensed by Customer under the applicable Order Document(s).

Professional Learning Cancellation Policy
Securing a training date with the Lab-Aids Professional Learning (PL) team constitutes your agreement to comply with our Professional Learning cancellation policy:
- A cancellation made seven (7) days or more prior to the scheduled training date will incur a cancellation fee amounting to fifty percent (50%) of the total training cost.
- A cancellation made three (3) days prior to the scheduled training date will incur a cancellation fee amounting to seventy-five percent (75%) of the total training cost.
- A cancellation made on the scheduled training date will incur a cancellation fee amounting to one hundred percent (100%) of the total training cost.
