OneRoster CSV Upload - Click the "Launch" Button

 

After uploading your zipped CSV file, you must click the "Launch" button to see your updated data appear. The "Launch" button will not appear until the system has finished processing your zipped CSV file.

1. Log in as admin

2. Click Settings > OneRoster

3. Click the "Last Sync" tab. Click the red "Launch" button next to your district's name. This will allow you to see the updated data in the system.

  • If you do not see a red "Launch" button and instead see "Launched" or "Zip Processing" in green text, it means that you haven't successfully finished uploading any new files since last clicking "Launch".

    • If your file is currently uploading, you'll need to wait for your existing file to finish uploading.

    • If you haven't uploaded a new file yet, go back to the "Upload" tab and upload the zipped file.

    • When the file has finished processing successfully, you will be able to click the "Launch" button.
