Sales Representative - Midwest US Region
We are seeking a Sales Representative located in the Midwestern Continental United States who has the ability to effectively communicate with school district personnel at every level, the skills to identify and provide solutions for customer needs, and the dynamic presence to position Lab-Aids as a premier source for Science Education. This role requires knowledge of state and national standards and trends in education as well as having a thorough understanding of educational institutions and customers. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the sales representative will develop business and manage a multi-state territory while providing a valuable resource for schools, teachers, and curriculum leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sales Representative will:
- work within a specific geographical area in the Midwestern United States (including MN, WI, IA) to grow relationships, build brand awareness, and generate sales of Lab-Aids programs and products to achieve revenue targets.
- manage the sales territory through creation and execution of territory plans that incorporate time and resource management while maximizing growth.
- develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s vision and mission.
- grow and maintain productive relationships and expand Lab-Aids offerings with existing customers at the same time seeking and identifying new customers, markets and opportunities to accelerate expansion.
- proficiently use multiple software programs and hardware devices.
- become experts of Lab-Aids offerings through internal training and self study
- prepare and present sales proposals.

Sales Operations Specialist
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist who is highly detail oriented, self-sufficient, shows a demonstrable ability to engage effectively in several competing projects and closely adheres to deadlines. The ideal candidate finds satisfaction in identifying, prioritizing, and organizing the smaller projects within a larger goal to efficiently execute the overall plan. This role requires the crucial ability to communicate effectively and share projects and plans with others. Under the direction of the Sales Operations Manager, this person will be the central hub of organization for state and large district adoptions from pre-sale planning through post-sale implementation. This is an all-encompassing remote role that requires both a high-level and detailed view and coordination of many moving parts.
