Some or all of your Lab-Aids Student and/or Teacher Portal licenses will be expiring at the end of the 2024-2025 school year. Schools that renew before June 2025 are able to go into the summer ready for next year and can avoid longer processing times in August and September.
To start the renewal process, please email portals@lab-aids.com with your school/district name, state, and as much of the below information as possible:
- School:
- District:
- State:
- Content/programs/units to be renewed (please include specifics if known)
- Number of teachers to renew
- Number of students to renew
- Duration for teachers (1, 2, 3, or 7 years)
- Duration for students (1-7 years with discounts for 2+ years)
- Any additional information that may help us understand renewal needs
Optional for Middle School Issues and Science renewals: If easier, you may provide renewal information separated by grade:
