We have been monitoring an issue where PDFs are not downloading/displaying completely in Chrome. The blue status bar stalls, and pages (beyond page 1) do not display as shown here:
To remedy this, please restart Chrome and make sure you have the most up-to-date version installed on your computer. This issues was resolved by Chrome in early November 2020.
