Amanda joined Lab-Aids® in 2018 as a Tech Implementation Specialist. Prior to joining Lab-Aids, she spent five years working in software implementation, where she provided software training, consulting, and support to help clients improve processes and gain a better understanding of their products. Amanda sees value in helping users utilize software most efficiently through comprehensive training that addresses specific user needs and identifying areas of improvement in software functionality. She also aims to make navigating new software as least stressful as possible! Earlier in her career, Amanda completed two years of the AmeriCorps volunteer program with the Boys & Girls Club of Northwest Colorado, focusing on youth development, staff/volunteer training, and managing the club’s member tracking software. Amanda graduated with a Masters in Teaching degree and has always had a passion for providing youth with the education and support they deserve.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys everything the mountains of Colorado have to offer – snowboarding, cross-country skiing, hockey, biking, camping, etc. and spending time with family back east.
