Billee is part of the Lab-Aids team as the Marketing and Events Manager. She coordinates efforts with other marketing staff, interdepartmental teams, and commercial partners to ensure the efficient operation of the Marketing department. After she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a degree in Elementary/Middle Education, she went on to become a middle school language arts teacher. Later, she earned a Master’s Degree from Marian College. When an opportunity arose to switch to teaching science, she grabbed it and never looked back. In addition to her love for science, one of her favorite parts of working in schools was organizing events and watching all the pieces come together. She created and organized multiple school events every year.
In 2022, Billee made the hard decision to leave the classroom looking for a position that well utilized her skills and would allow her to continue her love of science and nature. Lab-Aids was a perfect fit. She is excited to work for a company that creates quality curriculum for science teachers.
Billee lives with her husband and two children in the Milwaukee area. In addition to spending time with her family, she loves traveling, working outside in her flower gardens, hiking, and volunteering at a local dog rescue.
