For over 15 years, Justin has gained knowledge, experience, and success in the educational publishing industry. He began his career as an Editor with McGraw-Hill Education before being promoted to a Product Marketing Manager and then to a National Sales Consultant, where he contributed to the growth of the sales team. From there, he moved on to Pearson Education as a Regional Director of Sales- Central Region, K12. While in this position, he led a high performing team of 7 Account Executives that created and executed a regional plan which exceeded revenue quota and developed customer relationships by uncovering customer needs and proposed solutions to close new business opportunities. Over his 5 years as a Regional Director of Sales at Pearson, his team grew their business from $1.65M to just over $28.5M exceeding quota from 190% or over 200%. He has been a Senior Account Executive for 8 years, carrying an individual quota, as well as a Director of Digital Sales and a National Director of Custom.
Justin enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, sports, and relaxing. Justin and his wife, Leanne, have 5 children: Andrew, Daniel, and Kayelee (14-year old triplets), and Max and Alex (13-year old twins).
