Lori has been in customer service since she was in high school. She has spent many years in customer service including retail, fiber optic cable, sports equipment, and even worked for the legendary Dale Earnhardt at his collision and paint center. She believes good customer service is building a long-term relationship where each customer interaction is easy and enjoyable no matter the situation.
