Nancy is a customer service professional with over 23 years of experience in customer service, call centers, sales support, supply chain, training and team building. Nancy is married 25 years and has 3 children that keep her pretty busy when she is not at work. She enjoys gardening and being a soccer mom as well as volunteering with the various children ministries at her church. Nancy enjoys relaxing with a good movie and spending time with her family.
